CONTEXT

A Cahier is a numbered and dated composition varying and depending on the one compiling it with Forms of Expressions. It does not have a frontpage or a cover however it has marks that indicate, once printed, where to stapple it. The first page holds an INDEX that names all the parts – Forms of Expressions – that make up this cahier. The Forms of Expressions are listed in order of selection not in reading order, that is up to the reader to decide. The first page is always followed by the protocol that deals with how you ought to relate to the cahier.

There are five Forms of Expression: Taken from the Cartopologist Life, Writing after Reading, Trajectories, (Instruments), and Exercises from which the assembler can choose to compile a cahier. The only thing that makes Form of Expression similar in is the first page introducing the Form of Expression at hand and the title. Using slide bars, the properties of each Form of Expression are determined and depicted, also on this first page. The properties are divided into the Purpose of, the Required Approach towards the Form of Expression and What to Expect from it. What makes them varying and different is their style, tone and character related to the purpose of the Form of Expression.

The series of manuals below are to remember and train those styles in writing. For each Form of Expression a manual, attitude and example is foreseen.
